I’ve been a fan and reader of your emails for a long time and I was excited to see a video but I gotta say, kinda gross when you taste with the serving spoon and then put the spoon back in the dish to mix. Or even worse tasting with your finger twice. Maybe ok if you’re cooking for yourself only, but most of the time we love to share. Please model better kitchen practices especially when we are all sensitive to the continuing coronavirus pandemic.Tasting spoons please!

Ellen, Very good point. I should change my ways. I’ll make a point to use a tasting spoon.
