Hi, all my Italian cooking friends. Here is my first podcast. I’m going to be posting talks that explore seasonal themes in improvisational cooking. The subject of this one is the last of the summer’s tomatoes, and what to do with them. I’ll be putting up these talks once or twice a month, to start with. If you like them, I’ll do more.
