did picasso ever get past kindergarten w/ “crayola crayons”? all of the flap around the world about picasso’s “genius” is just another version of “the emperor’s new clothes”.
We love Picasso at my house. Tell me: when can we expect your “women with squid” series to begin? How about “women with mussels?” If I can find a picture of a woman shucking oysters, would that qualify for the “women with fish” line? I don’t think it would because oysters are invertebrates and fish generally have spines, right? Please clarify for me. Thanks.
Love Picasso’s Woman with Fish. Made your Penne with brussel sprouts and my family really enjoyed it. Your Bucatini with Swordfish, Raisins, and Pine Nuts looks beautiful and delicious. I will give it a try, and I am most definitely going to make your Ricotta Cake with Orange Flower Water and Honey. I make a ricotta cake every Easter, usually a recipe which includes fruit cocktail, but this year I will surprise them with something new. I am so happy to have accidentally stumbled upon your fantastic blog.

Actually I consider women with any kind of sea creature or piece of fishing gear to qualify as ‘women with fish’, so if you have something, send it along.

Oh, BTW: the comment by “zingara” is rather crass, I think…

THanks Leo.

What kind of fish?
Liti,
It’s the bacon kind.
