I give private cooking classes for up to four people. My specialty is Southern Italian cooking, so if you’d like to learn to prepare great dishes from Sicily, Puglia, Campania, Basilicata, or Calabria, my classes may be perfect for you. I focus on the key flavors from each region, improvisation, and technique. Each class is custom designed to include exactly what you’re looking for. For instance, if you want to learn to make vegetable dishes from Sicily, I can build an entire class around that, or, if you prefer, we can put together a full dinner menu. I always talk with my students before devising a curriculum, so each class is tailor-made. And I match my classes with regional wines and olive oils, so you’ll be tasting and learning about those, too.
Contact me at ericademane@gmail.com for me details about setting up a class.

Hi, I emailed you but did not receive a response. So here are my question. Are you still running the classes? I understand that they are custom classes so how much would you charge per session for chicken based dishes in southern Italy style? Me and a mate are interested in attending them. Also, please guide where are the classes held and is there a free demonstration at all. I would be very interested in meeting you in person before i fully commit. Please allow me the privilege and arrange something.
Hi Richard,
Sorry but I don’t think I got your email. I always respond to inquiries. Not sure what happened there.
I’ve unfortunately just lost my kitchen space and have been hunting around for a new one, so, as of now, my classes are on hold. I’m hoping to get a new space and have everything up an running again in September. All my classes are in Manhattan. My previous space was on the upper west side, but since I live in the West Village, that’s where I’m now looking for a venue. So with any luck, they’ll be downtown. I’m not sure what type of classes I’ll be giving this fall. I’m leaning toward a larger, part demo, part hands-on style.
When this is all settled, I’ll be posting information on my home page, so, if you’re still interested, check back in with me I’d say mid August.
Thanks for your interest.
Best to you,
Erica
I’m involved in a historic group. We are looking for a recipe to minni de agatha pastry. Can you help me find it?
