Lost Recipes Found

Do you have an Italian recipe lurking in your soul,  pulling at your heartstrings, perhaps one your grandfather used to cook that sadly went to the grave with him?  Or possibly there was that great pasta dish you ate in Palermo many moons ago but haven’t been able to duplicate at home. You could have a strong sense of what is was, or possibly only fragments of tastes and memories. Maybe I can help track it down, reconstruct it. I love culinary research and solving puzzles. Don’t worry if your recipe writing skills are lacking, your thoughts hazy.  If you can describe the dish, recall some ingredients, or tell me what part of Italy you think it came from, that might be enough for me to figure it out.

Just email me at ericademane@gmail.com with your recipe info and let’s see where it takes us. And don’t forget to write “Lost Recipes Found” in your email subject box.

Ciao,

Erica De Mane
