Italian Recipe Exchange

2-dancing1

The Italian Recipe Exchange

Do you have an Italian recipe you’re very proud of, one you’d love to share with all my readers? It can be an old family favorite, something you fell in love with on a trip to Italy, or one you’ve created from scratch. Send it to me and I’ll showcase it on my blog. Don’t worry if your recipe writing skills are lacking, I’ll help you sort it out. If you can list the ingredients, give me some idea of the proportions, and write up how you go about cooking the dish up, that’s enough for me. I’ll work with you to get it into tip top shape. And send me a little background on how this recipe came into your life and why you think it’s special. Don’t be shy. I’ll be guiding you all the way.

Forget about the celebrity chef, this is an interactive forum to celebrate you, the great Italian home cook, bringing your talents out into the world.

Just email me at ericademane@gmail.com with your recipe info and let’s get this exchange going. And don’t forget to write ‘Italian Recipe Exchange’ in your email subject box.

Ciao,

Erica De Mane

  • Dining with the Saints

Please check out www.novena.com for my monthly column "Dining with the Saints," which features recipes for saints' days. The beautiful, art-filled blog is written by Barbara Calamari and Sandra DiPasqua and includes the stories of the lives of saints and monthly novenas and prayers. They've written many books on the subject and really know their stuff. I, on the other hand, am a fraud, a Catholic lapsed all the way to atheism. But I love researching and creating great recipes to go with these amazing stories.
