Dining with the Saints
Please check out www.novena.com for my monthly column "Dining with the Saints," which features recipes for saints' days. The beautiful, art-filled blog is written by Barbara Calamari and Sandra DiPasqua and includes the stories of the lives of saints and monthly novenas and prayers. They've written many books on the subject and really know their stuff. I, on the other hand, am a fraud, a Catholic lapsed all the way to atheism. But I love researching and creating great recipes to go with these amazing stories. The Italian Recipe Exchange

I think we’re stretching the definition of “Women With Fish” with this video post. Technically, Sophia Loren is collecting sponges which are undersea animals, yes, but do they qualify as “fish” per se? Since she is in an environment with fish in the video, the images qualify under your loose set of rules but I offer that the post should be re-titled “Fish With Woman.” Also, sponges do not have fins… unless they’re driving in a 1959 Chevrolet Impala…and they are only edible when baked into the form of a cake. (i.e. “sponge cake”) Otherwise, it’s a fine addition to your ongoing collection mostly because Sophia Loren looks so swell in scarce, wet clothing.
I decided woman swimming with fish (and , true, collecting sponges) should qualify. Plus it’s Sophia so it had to go up.
What kind of sponges?I didn’t notice,but I also can’t see Sophia’s face.Liti
Sorry,I realized duh,its a video.Breitbart
Breitbart,
Now I’m thinking I’ve diluted the woman with fish concept by putting up a video. I think they should all be still images. Although if you’ve got to see someone wiggling around underwater, it might as well be Sophia Loren.
