Thank you. I now feel I need to write. My wife & I have been to Rome many times, my brother-in-law was elected to a position whith the church and stationed in Rome for six years. We felt we needed to visit. We have been to Volpettis' and love it, BUT, we had to make up ground rules for every visit after that. #1 decide what you would like before you go in and stick to that list. #2 NEVER, NEVER make eye contact with Claudio. THE master salesman. Taste this taste that, well you had to buy. We still have a jar of porchini, our trophy, cost way too much and we'll only open for a very special event or the end of the world.
